Introduction / Emiritisation

Manpower Development is a Human Capital function which is responsible for developing the skills, knowledge and competence of the company's most important asset, its people in order to meet current and future business requirements.

Every employee without exception will be supported by at least one of these programmes at any point during their career - it is an important part of ADMA-OPCO's manpower development strategy that all employees should take ownership of their own learning and development on a continuous basis.

It should be emphasized, however, that Emiritisation is also a key strategic imperative both for the ADNOC Group and UAE as a whole, and ADMA-OPCO has challenging emiritisation targets. Therefore many of the company's manpower development programmes are by necessity designed only for UAE nationals or give priority to UAE nationals.
