Those are the ground rules for our ethical conduct:

 
  1. Respect of the rule of law, and the policies, customs and traditions of the U.A.E.
  2. Commitment to the Shareholders targets, expectations, guidelines and aspirations.
  3. Use our effort and Company resources to further the Company’s interests.
  4. Fulfill commitments to Company, team and Employees.
  5. Refrain from abusing or wasting Company assets.
  6. Refrain from using our position in the Company for personal gain.
  7. Treat and award employees according to merit and objective performance
  8. Refrain from any form of coercion, harassment, insult or harm to others.
  9. Not to participate in or condone corrupt or unethical business practices.
  10. Deal with our customers and contractors with integrity, honesty and fairness.
