The performance improvement processes are a set of living methodologies in tackling all integrity related matters. Whether it is plant, reservoir, behavioral or social. The PIP summarizes our standards for the way we respond to issues. All our employees are responsive to it and tasks are clearly defined when nominated, regardless of location and background. Ultimately it is about helping ADMA people to do the right thing.
 
The PIP includes many examples of how we should improve specific situations. The level of detail and practical approach signal our determination to embed our values and a culture of integrity more firmly in our company.
