The preparation of Spring 2006 issue of ADMA-OPCO Business Plan was a very challenging task. The plans to achieve the new objectives set by the Shareholders when put together make a massive portfolio of projects. At the same time global and regional demand for resources have increased multifold putting pressure on resources availability and pricing. While some of the projects have crossed project definition phase, the scope is still in evolution for the new projects associated with capacity increase to 1 Million Barrel per day from 600 MBD per day.
 
Against this backdrop, an attempt has been made to estimate the resources required to implement the plans, which hopefully will enable the Shareholders to visualize the near term future and provide necessary direction and support to ADMA-OPCO in finalizing and implementing the growth plans.
