Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
10-12 years experience in various personnel functions including manpower planning, recruitment, career development and HR Access, of which, 5 years in a senior supervisory capacity in the Middle East Oil Industry. People management, communication and presentation skills. Technical background is preferable. Proficient in English.
Job Purpose:
Performs the activities of developing corporate HR strategy; manpower planning, forecasting and budgeting; HR systems; talent management; leadership and executive development. Provides analysis and advice to line and senior management in these areas to support management decisions and inventions. Prepares HCD’s work plans, KPIs and objectives, in coordination with HCD teams, and facilitates monitoring and management of HCD’s performance contract. Carries out corporate succession planning and provides advice to management regarding the intake plan and integration process for UAE National developees. Leads HR Access Implementation Team and acts as the owner of HR systems and integrated sub systems.
