| Job Synopsis |
ROLE AND SCOPE:
Plans and coordinates the requirements of contracted Marine Offshore Supply Services for all ADMA-OPCO’, including identifying, planning and budgeting for such requirements, technically evaluating offers, technical acceptance, inspection, monitoring and controlling expenditures. Ensures compliance with the Company’s professional, technical and safety requirements, procedures and standards. Provides technical and practical marine advice to other Divisions/Teams and third parties, particularly offshore construction projects. Prepares necessary reports. Ensures service level agreements are achieved. Works to achieve agreed KPI’s and objectives.
(Total annual budget of US$ 11.5 M) Work covers 9 vessels.

| Qualification |
§ Master mariner certificate of competency (Foreign Going) (7 1/2 years. post secondary education).
§ 8 years post qualification marine experience, with service on tugs and tankers, of which at least 3 years in senior supervisory capacity, and 4 years as specialist in rig-towing or tanker pilotage or jack-up barge movements.
§ Very good knowledge of English Language.
