ROLE AND SCOPE:
Assumes technical responsibility for designing, controlling and maintaining Company’s Information Systems databases and CASE Repository instances. Provides professional consultancy to the Company DIUs and ITD personnel on all activities related to data management and problem solving. Monitors the implementation of database systems’ software and ensures maintaining confidentiality and security of Company data. Coordinates and controls the activities of data management to secure a common approach. Develops procedures and sets standards for all data management activities to ensure privacy, integrity, security of and timely access to Company's data.
(Data management comprises business, commercial and scientific Information Systems which includes different types of Database Management systems, case repositories, data/process analysis/modeling, application(s) Database design and Systems Documentation activities).
