Name Planning Engineer
Job Synopsis

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

10 years experience in the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry focusing on planning and/or project management activities on a wide range of projects from inception through into operations, preferably with both operators and contractors.

Should possess excellent communication and behavioural skills, be fluent in English and have good computer literacy. Should be competent in utilising standard planning software applications as used in the industry.

Job Purpose/Responsibilities

To provide planning support to the Resource Management Team (RMT) in ADMA-OPCO’s Projects & Engineering Business Unit. This BU is accountable for executing a multi-billion portfolio of upstream projects. RMT  is responsible for the integrated planning across all the company’s project activities to ensure all resources are available and allocated properly to deliver its business goals. These include people, offshore marine equipment and accommodation, contractors’ facilities etc.

Reporting direct to the RMT Team Leader, the Planning Engineer has an important role in obtaining and utilizing the appropriate information, providing the necessary analysis and providing clear feed-back to management and peers. 

Qualification Degree in Engineering or equivalent. A supporting qualification in planning or project management would be an advantage.
