Name Engineering Team Leader
Job Synopsis

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

10 -15 years experience in facilities engineering in the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry on a wide range of projects across the execution stages, preferably with both operators and contractors, with at least 3 years of experience in managing the front-end or detailed engineering being undertaken by contractors.

Experience in acting as Engineering or Technical Authority on a major project would be an advantage.

Should possess excellent communication and behavioural skills, be fluent in English and have good computer literacy. Knowledge of current industry best practice in facilities engineering is essential.

Job Purpose/Responsibilities

To be a key member of the Project Management Team on one of ADMA-OPCO’s Projects being delivered within Projects & Engineering Business Unit. This BU is accountable for executing a multi-billion dollar portfolio of upstream projects to HSE, time, budget and technical requirements.

 

 

 

 

 

The primary role is to act as ADMA’s Technical Authority on the project, ensuring that all engineering activities are undertaken in accordance with the agreed Statement of Requirements, Basis of Design and prescribed Codes and Standards and to liaise closely with the BU Discipline Engineering leadership. 

Reporting direct to the Project Manager with a strong functional link to ADMA’s Manager Discipline Engineering, the post-holder has the key role to play in ensuring delivery of technical integrity.

Qualification Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
