Knowledge, Skills & Experience

8 – 10 years experience in well services, completion operations and engineering Work with at least 3 years involvement in studies of well completion technology, equipment/products and methods. Should possess very good interpersonal and communication skills, be proficient in English and have recognized computer knowledge.

Job Purpose/Responsibilities

To supervise and ensure the efficient operations of the Completion & Workover   Section including special services for handling, subassembling and testing of well completion in Tool Base & contractors premises. This is valid for different well categories including special gas and high tech. projects. This also includes maintenance/modification/fabrication of completion equipment/accessories. Liaise with Equipment and operations group(s) and ensures availability of of adequate supply of required tools & equipment. Control completion engineers and supervise make up & testing of completion subassemblies and forward reports to concerned drilling personnel. This includes coordination with wireline service companies and field assets. Provide technical support, studies & recommends new products and techniques jointly with equipment group to improve safety, performance and cost effectiveness. Monitor progress; evaluate performance and trouble shoots encountered technical problems.
