Knowledge, Skills & Experience

5 -10 years experience in the drilling and workover operations, including at least last 5 years in cementing operations.

Fluent in English language – speaking and writing.

Good communication skills and good computer skills.

Very good reporting and presentation skills. 

Job Purpose/Responsibilities

Ensure the contractors comply with contractual requirements including HSE and Quality compliance

Analyse the performance of cementing, and down hole packer service companies. 

Identify areas where improvements can be made in performance.

Allocate and/or check allocation of cementing and down hole packer service company invoices.

Assist with the preparation and evaluation of tenders for cementing, and down hole packer services.

Record Corrective Actions & Lessons Learned.

Update CMT Manual and SDI.

Update WVA Review Phase.

Fill up KPI and get it signed.

Fill up DIMS Reports.

Organize the cementing monthly meeting with all service companies.

Laboratory:¬ Agrees with techniques used in lab testing and assessing compatibility with ADMA-OPCO's requirements.
