Name Subsea Pipeline Engineer (Stress Analysis)
Job Synopsis

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Minimum of 8 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry focusing on subsea pipeline engineering activities (especially stress analysis calculations and installation analysis for offshore pipeline) within the project and engineering organisation.  Good background experience and exposure to DNV codes and other international standards.

Should possess excellent communication, presentation, influencing, co-ordination and behavioral skills, be fluent in English and have good computer literacy. Should be competent in utilising standard engineering practices as used in the industry.

Job Purpose/Responsibilities

To provide engineering Excellency to various projects also review of project deliverables to insure quality is being maintained.  Providing technical advice during project execution phase.

Responsible for pipeline stress analysis calculation review, shall have good knowledge of FEA packages (ANSYS, CAESAR), and also shall have good knowledge of finite element and pipeline laydown calculations also shall insure that all project deliverables are complying with international and company standards. 

To do the co-ordination efforts to insure technical quality and timelines of work for technical studies and development engineering services to Assets and shareholders using the most appropriate technologies.

Reporting direct to the Team Leader, the subsea pipeline Engineer has a key and high profile role in ensuring the Division delivers its part in ADMA’s ongoing success. 

Qualification Degree in  Engineering or equivalent.
