| Job Synopsis |
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
15 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry with at Least 8-10 years in a Senior Supervisory Level focusing on project management and project controls on a wide range of projects in the upstream sector from inception through into operations.
Should possess excellent communication and behavioral skills.
Job Purpose/Responsibilities
To be responsible for functional excellence in project controls across all ADMA project activities. This will require leadership of a team of approximately 18 professional project control staff, a number of whom are on assignment to specific projects. Will also:
Provide cost and schedule risk management expertise across the company.
Lead development, implementation and update of project control systems and standards.
Supports preparation of KPI’s and Quarterly Performance Reporting.

| Qualification |
Degree in Engineering or equivalent with, preferably, supporting qualifications in project management and/or project controls. |
