| Job Synopsis |
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
15 -20 years experience in the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry focusing on project delivery activities on a wide range of projects from FEED through EPC into operations, preferably with both operators and contractors.
Should possess excellent communication and behavioural skills, be fluent in English and have good computer literacy.
Should have the drive and energy to achieve success through leading, influencing, directing and working with all project contractors and other PMT members.
Job Purpose/Responsibilities
To lead the Project Management Team (PMT) on one of ADMA-OPCO’s Projects being delivered within Projects & Engineering Business Unit. This BU is accountable for executing a multi-billion dollar portfolio of upstream projects to HSE, time, budget and technical requirements.
The primary role is to lead, direct and co-ordinate the PMT and project contractors to deliver the specific requirements of a particular project stage working, where appropriate, with the support of a Project Management Consultant (PMC).
Reporting direct to the Divisional Manager, the post-holder has an important role to play in ADMA’s success and may be required to work in contractors’ location worldwide before returning to
Abu Dhabi for the final project stages

| Qualification |
Degree in Engineering or equivalent with membership at an appropriate level of a professional engineering body. A supporting qualification in project management would be an advantage. |
