Knowledge, Skills & Experience
10 years experience in the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry focusing on project management activities on a wide range of projects from inception through into operations, preferably with both operators and contractors.
Should possess excellent communication and behavioral skills, be fluent in English and have good computer literacy.
Should be familiar with up-to-date best-in-class processes and procedures used in project management within the industry and be capable of developing and implementing these in an upstream operator’s environment.
Job Purpose/Responsibilities
To develop, enhance and coach the implementation of best-in-class project processes and procedures within the Project Support Division of ADMA-OPCO’s Projects & Engineering Business Unit. This BU is accountable for executing a multi-billion portfolio of upstream projects and is committed to delivering these with proper project governance, utilizing the best processes available.
A staged and gated project process is already in existence but requires significant development to provide outstanding functional support to project management.
Reporting direct to the Processes & Procedures Team Leader, the post-holder has an important role in identifying the current governance gaps, the future requirements and working (with consultant support, if appropriate) to develop and implement these in an effective way.

Degree in Engineering or equivalent. A supporting qualification in project management would be an advantage. |
