General Management Team (GMT)

The GMT comprises the General Manger, five Business Units Managers each headed by an Assistant General Manger, three Corporate Services Mangers, and key Divisional Managers. The GMT’s main role is to take collective responsibility for the combined performance of ADMA-OPCO and demonstrate Leadership to the organisation in a transparent and consistent manner.

Prior to 2007 ADMA-OPCO used to run its business through four distinct units:

Production Business Unit
Development Business Unit
Drilling/Support Business Unit
Administrative Services

Business growth

In 2007, a new Business Unit was established in order to meet the considerable challenge of increasing Production and consequent increase in Projects. Known as Projects & Engineering, the newly established unit is responsible for delivery of the define and execute stages of all Projects.

The P&E Unit has incorporated the Facilities Engineering and Major Projects Divisions under a revised structure which will include initially two Project Delivery Divisions and two Functional Excellence Divisions, as follows:

Brownfield Projects
Green field Major Projects
Discipline Engineering
Project Management.

This new model will provide high visibility for project management & engineering in ADMA-OPCO. Additionally, this integration will facilitate interface management.
