Greetings to all the ADMA OPCO Community.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank each of you personally for your contribution towards the Company’s progress, which is reflected in the performance we have achieved. Each one of you has had a role to play in this success. Most importantly I hope most of you have had a good summer vacation and look forward to coming back to work.

Life is a process of continuous change. The secret to its success is the way in which we manage change. We are currently in a phase of transition, which will remain with us for some time to come. What is of the utmost importance during this period, is that we maintain our commitment to the Company’s Projects program in the years to come, be it in covering facilities expansion, new installations, additional drilling, Production Development, Inspection and Integrity Management and others.

Each and every individual and team needs to re-energize their commitment and level of excellence in their performance, in order for us to achieve our challenging targets.

The emphases on existing Best Practices and on new development are equally important. However, addition of values will be differentiated by the approach we adopt.

My basic advice would be to keep our solutions simple and to focus on the successful execution and completion of the many projects underway. Team work and encouragement of sharing information, will assist us towards developing a professional environment in which teams can work towards better solutions and cost effective execution.

This is especially important as our ambitions are high and we do not always have all the resources that we require.
